Retiring/Moving Out of Province/Leaves of Absence:
MLTs whose employment status will be changing or has changed and will no longer require registration for 2025, must notify the CMLTA by submitting a Notice of Non-Practice through their member profile on their Home Page under "Change My Registration". If you do not see this section on your home page, it's because you already started a renewal so you must go into the renewal and withdraw it. Once that is done, the "Change My Registration" section should appear.
Provisional Practice Permit:
If you have a provisional practice permit and need to upgrade your registration status, please log in to your member profile and click on "Change My Registration".
Receipts for 2022 and earlier:
If you require a receipt for your 2022 dues or earlier, please email cmlta@cmlta.org. Receipts for 2023 and later are available in your member profile.
The College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA) is the regulatory body for Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) employed in Alberta.
